POSITION SUMMARY
To achieve sales by category by maximizing short- and long-term growth opportunities and build long term relationship with the customers.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• Accountable for the achievement of his/her territory sales volumes & Value by category.
• Organize daily field visits according to route plan and taking orders per store based on target, activities and stock level in customer warehouse. Make sure all listed SKUs are available in stores based on planogram.
• Achieve the core distribution (Listing of new Stock Keeping Unit (SKU)), picture of success targets, agreed visibility and other elements in the Business Development Agreement (BDA).
• Prepare customer plan including monthly forecast, tactical and promotional activities, TTS budget and growth per SKUs and category.
• Develop a strong relationship with the customer and initiate negotiation of the contract (Visibility, shelve space, promotions and implementations).
• Keep a clear record on customer data base file taking care of all update for Code creation, Change of owner, Address,etc …
• Keep a clear record as Competitor activity Log collecting data from all FSRs (Pictures and evidence to be kept as well)
• Ensure monthly collection and financial reconciliation is made in line with Nestlé set payment terms for his/her customers and Hyperstar specifically.
• Submit and maintain proper customer records, sales activities, Frequency of promotion, Fact sheet, MCL and other required reports and forms.
• Handling merchandisers on their daily journey plan based on Nestlé score card elements and make sure they are following accordingly. Filling score card and coaching project.
• Participation in some meetings such as MFR and Pre- MSR to understand business environment.

What will make you successful?

• 0-2 years of work experience in Business
• University Degree in Business or related field
• English speaking and writing skills
