POSITION SUMMARY
Description: The Nestlé Iran Legal Internship Program is open for applications and we are looking for potential young talent to join our Legal team. We are committed to providing opportunities for law graduates who are looking to kick-start their career in Law with a demonstrated interest in commercial and business law. We have a friendly, supportive team with a coaching and mentoring environment.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Constantly learn and prepare your corporate legal profession.
• Support legal counsels in legal research, drafting, formatting, proofreading, translation of legal documents (memos, contracts, minutes, policies, etc.), legal review, legal training facilitation, etc.
• Maintain legal archiving system (physical and digital).
• Facilitate processes within the legal function and in connection with other departments.
• Follow legal cases with external law firms and report to Legal Counsels.
• Do other ad-hoc work and administrative tasks of the legal department.
• Receive training and development in different fields such as contracts, and corporate. law, intellectual property rights, international laws, commercial laws, litigation management, legal correspondence, etc., as well as potential opportunities to grow within the company (based on candidate performance and the company’s needs).
• Receive developmental feedback throughout your work term to ensure that you are learning and understanding the importance of legal within the world’s largest food company.
• Learn about the role, functions, and requirements of a Legal Counsel within a company.
• Build your business acumen and leadership capabilities and support your development and long-term success.

What will make you successful?
• Bachelor’s degree in Law from top-rank universities.
• Fluency in English, speaking, and writing.
• Work experience is not mandatory but is an advantage. We accept candidates with less than 18 months of prior working experience.
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong drive and desire to lay an excellent foundation for future career success.
• Pro-active, positive attitude and good learning ability.
